PHASE 1 — Setup (per client)
  • Client signs up (first internet lead audit on us, or paid plan)
  • Get dealership name, website URL, main phone number
  • Identify which lead sources they use (website, AutoTrader, CarGurus)

PHASE 2 — Internet Lead Audit
  • Submit a real internet lead through their website or third-party source
  • Use a realistic name, the Hushed burner number, and a disposable email
  • Ask about a specific vehicle on their lot
  • Track every response — emails, calls, texts — timestamp everything
  • Monitor for the full follow-up cycle (5-7 days minimum)
  • Score on 20+ criteria: response time, personalization, follow-up persistence, vehicle knowledge, alternative offered, appointment ask
  • Your time: ~15 minutes
PHASE 3 — Phone Audit
  • VA calls dealership from Hushed burner number

  • Scenario: interested buyer asking about a specific vehicle
  • VA follows the script — ask about vehicle, test hold time, see if they qualify, ask for appointment

PHASE 4 — Scoring & Report
